Verónica Miranda grew to love photography through her travels in the outdoors, whether it was visiting a beach on the West Coast, driving through winding roads in the Eastern Sierras or making her way up towards the Pacific Northwest. Her love of outdoor adventure was created on her first visit to Yosemite National Park and ever since then she has captured the beauty of outdoor spaces and wildlife.
Her love of photography does not stop in the outdoors, she also captures the everyday hustle and bustle of cities, and captures portraits of individuals that she meets. Her versatility can be seen as she interconnects her observations of people, places and nature through her lens.
Verónica lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where she works with young children to connect them with nature and help them express themselves through art. She also volunteers her time with Latino Outdoors by connecting families to the outdoors through camping, local hikes, and stewardship projects.
In her spare time, Verónica seeks outdoor exploration with her husband and son, traveling from the West Coast to overseas.
